After traveling throught the Ecuador jungle on an ar- chaeological dig searching for the elusive Hop Rex, we came across the local passion fruit, guava. Realizing that this fruit would be an excellent pairing with our pas- sion, brewing, we decided to brew a beer with this amazing fruit. This beer is "Guavalicious" to the palate with over 90 lbs of guava fruit in each batch plus anoth- er 30 lbs after fermentation, and is only filtered 80%. This adds to the distinct guava texture and taste.
